Development

Our E-Learning modules are developed systematically based on a special process model. At the center of our process model is product development, which is based on a didactic concept and consists of four process categories: Initiation & planning, conceptual design, production and operation.

All four process categories consist of a number of process phases, which are generally run through consecutively. Impacting all process categories are project management, which controls, monitors and checks the product development process, configuration management, which clearly identifies all work results, and above all quality assurance.
